Returns Policy
We want to make sure you have the best experience buying parts for your Kia vehicle as possible. In order for us to do so, we adhere to a strict return policy that is fair to all customers. This is in order to ensure we can keep our prices as low as possible for all. Please contact us here to arrange for any returns
Restocking Fee
- There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts ordered with VIN.
- Parts ordered without VIN cannot be returned at all.
- There are no returns on any electrical parts.
- Parts ordered under $20.00 cannot be returned at all.
- Special order items are non refundable.
Requirements
We reserve the right to refuse and return to you any parts that we find have been installed, or otherwise do not meet the following criteria:
- A copy of the invoice must be included with the return.
- Parts must be able to be resold and in the original packaging.
- Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
Restrictions
All returned parts must be in a condition that they can be resold as new. We will not accept or process returns on any of the following items:
- Used parts
- Parts that have been installed or show any signs of wear
- Electrical parts
- Any item not returned in its original packaging
Cancellation Policy
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. You may cancel any part of your order before it ships and receive a full refund. However, if the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a restocking fee of 20% may apply.
